Hi, I’m Kennesha Snead, a passionate entrepreneur and lifelong learner dedicated to creating meaningful connections and empowering others. Originally from New York, I relocated to North Carolina 15 years ago, where I’ve built a life centered around family, growth, and service.

I’m a mother of three amazing children, a loving grandparent, and the owner of adorable Shih Tzus who bring joy to my everyday life. Professionally, I wear many hats, including being the owner of several thriving businesses. I’m also pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a certificate in Small Business Management at the University of Phoenix while completing certifications in QuickBooks and additional financial planning skills.

In everything I do, I aim to honor my sister’s memory, while helping others achieve their goals, and build a legacy for my family. Whether it’s through offering childcare, notary, or tax services, and business management I strive to make a positive impact on the lives I touch.

I love exploring new cuisines like seafood, Italian, Caribbean, and Jamaican dishes, and I’m a fan of Tyler Perry’s works, romance, and action movies. Most importantly, I find joy in helping others and turning challenges into opportunities.

The Office Administrator will perform technical accounting functions and provide general office management support on a part-time basis. The Office Administrator is responsible for working directly with the Financial team to support basic general ledger functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and assist with payroll functions, and with the Therapies team to reconcile medical billing.

The Lead Teacher reports to the Director. Responsibilities include planning and providing developmentally appropriate educational activities and instruction to an assigned classroom of students with and without special needs (birth to 12 years).

The Director of Development & Marketing serves as the external representative to philanthropic entities, corporate organizations, and charitable foundations and is responsible for developing and implementing the appropriate strategies, tactics, and plans to raise the critical funding required to advance the mission.

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our main are is clean and well-maintained. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning the Childcare room/common areas, and kitchen and bathroom area of the home, as well as performing tasks such as laundry and inventory management.

The Extended Day Teacher responsibilities include providing developmentally appropriate educational activities and instruction.
